The Baby and the Business

Instead of finding her son’s father, she meets his cousin. Elias might look like her ex’s twin, but he’s on another level of temptation. Elias seems like he’s out of Nakeisha’s reach, but the attraction is mutual. Colton left her and betrayed his family. Can she trust Elias not to do the same?

Meet the Breckon Triplets - Available Now

 Dear Readers,

I didn't realize I neglected to post anything on this site about the new series I did. In fact, I've just completed Book 3, and the series is complete.

Introducing Rhys Breckon, Merrick Breckon, and Urien Breckon. They are triplets. Below is the specific details of each book.

Noelle Lemise has lost all of her family. The one thing she had left was her uncle’s inheritance but that is gone too. She returns to her hometown with no home, no money, and no prospects. Desperate, Noelle decides to confront the blackhearted devil who stole her uncle’s bar and home. She comes face to face with a man who is as hot as he is cold, and he wants control of Noelle too.

Noelle can’t tell what Rhys Breckon is thinking, but she knows what he wants. He wants her to obey his every command. She would be a fool to give herself over to a man she can’t trust. Any relationship they form won’t last. Tell that to her body, which responds to his every caress and spanking.

Author's Note: Adult situations and light domination/submission.

Things turn bad when her brother brings danger to her doorstep and threatens both her safety and her job. Merrick swoops in to protect her, but Awbry’s used to standing alone.

Coming Soon

 Hey, Everybody,

I hope everything is going great (as well as can be expected). I'm working on a new book right now with a Christmas theme. It's early, but I wasn't feeling Halloween this year. I wanted something light-hearted and fun because we need it. Am I right?

Anyway, I don't have a blurb just yet, but here's the cover:

The book is about Audre and Alessandro, best friends. They own a small resort in the mountains together, and they're having trouble keeping it afloat. Neither is that great at--well anything other than getting into mess. Lol. The story hopefully will be an enjoyable and warm read to take you away from current events for a bit.

I'm hoping to get the book out sometime next month (October). Fingers crossed because right now I'm fighting with tendonitis for the third time in my life. Ugh!

Coming Soon - Mate For Hire

Hello, readers,

Right now, I'm hard at work writing the third and final book in the For Hire Dragon Shifter Series. When I started this series, I had ideas in mind for humans and shifters, and the delicate balance between them.

I wanted to be careful not to focus too much on the conflict or possible conflict between the two because of our current events. It just triggers certain feelings in me with so much turmoil in our society. I can't ignore the tension because of the story, but I will do my best to focus more on the romance.

I thought about getting really into this world and having fun with it, but it just isn't the time. Maybe somewhere down the line when things are more settled around us. Meanwhile, please look forward to the third story in July.

Thanks.

The Bribe and the Baby

This book is the sequel to Planning His Wedding. We met Neena in book one. She's Shona's best female friend. We also saw but didn't talk to her hero, Willem, in book one.

Willem was born and raised in Holland, The Netherlands. Normally when I write about a foreign hero, I include lots of dialogue in their native tongue. Willem's mother tongue is Dutch, but I have him speak only one word in Dutch in this story. His dad speaks one word as well.

I chose to limit the foreign language because when I considered reading a previous book for audio, I found I can't pronounce (*read don't have a clue how to pronounce*) words in other languages that I haven't learned. I thought I would simplify my life. And honestly, I'm not sure whether the words get on your last nerve. Lol.

Anyway, the blurb and links to purchase are below.

The Bribe and the Baby

Willem betrayed Neena, and Neena betrayed him right back. Then she left town pregnant with his baby. When she returns four years later, she claims her son isn't his. Not even her best friend Shona believes her, but Neena is closed-mouthed about her life while she was gone. She's determined to start over and leave the past behind.

When Willem learns about Neena's son, he's determined to find out if the boy is his. He made mistakes four years ago that he regrets, but he won't let Neena push him away because of them. He will show her what she meant to him then and what she means to him now.

Willem's family didn't stay out of their business four years ago, and they refuse to stay quiet now. Manipulation and interference almost destroyed Neena and Willem. The Visser family is powerful and will do whatever is necessary to protect their own.

Working Title: The Bribe and the Baby

I'm not certain of this title yet, and neither am I finished working this blurb. You can get an idea of what I'm thinking about though. Here's a sneak peek at the sequel to Planning His Wedding:

The Bribe and the Baby

Willem betrayed Neena, and Neena betrayed him right back. Then she left town pregnant with his baby. When she returns four years later, she claims her son isn't his. Not even her best friend Shona believes her.

Willem's family didn't stay out of their business four years ago, and they refuse to stay quiet now. They want Neena's son, but she'll fight to protect him. She refuses to let Willem hurt her again or forgive the mistakes of the past.

Planning His Wedding

Y'all! The last few weeks have been a CHALLENGE! My computer has been having problems for a long time, and I kept dealing with it. I'm talking about running really slow. Then it got to the point where I had to reinstall the operating system.

Then it stopped working.

I tried to reinstall the OP again, and guess what. I deleted my whole harddrive by mistake! SOB!!!! Plus, I hadn't backed up my computer in over a year. So I lost all the books and covers I had written and created since then, in addition to half of a book I had plotted. Well, I always upload a book to my Google Drive. (The half plot is gone forever.)

I lost Photoshop, which I use to create covers. (Rolling on the floor sucking thumb like an infant. ) So if you think my current cover is questionable in quality, I'm sorry. I'm learning a new program because Photoshop costs a fortune if you don't want a monthly charge to use it.

Anywho, enough whining. Here is my latest book. I hope you enjoy it.

Blended Blues

Hello, my friends and readers,

I hope your new year is going well! It's been a few months since I put out a book. I had a few health challenges and had to have surgery. I thought I was going to get this latest book done in time. Unfortunately, the closer I got to my surgery date, the more anxious I became. I couldn't make myself reach my deadline.

My idea this time is to explore a relationship where the man is a bit jaded and gun-shy. He's been hurt almost to the point of destroying his belief in women. Cameron had concentrated on raising his daughter, and he's done great. Well, sort of. He's a little too soft on his smart-mouthed preteen.

Zakkiyah has also been hurt, but she's kind of approaching her challenges a different way. She's wild, unpredictable, and all about fun. That is, until she's called into court to settle a custody dispute for her infant nephew. Zakkiyah doesn't seem like she'd ever make a good mom. I mean throughout the book, she sticks to her offbeat ways.

I think Blended Blues could be an enjoyable read for you. Check out the blurb below. Also, if you would like to see me tackle a subject you've never seem me write, please, by all means, contact me. I might be open to try something new. Of course, I have my own preferences, as you've probably gathered over the years.

I like heroines who don't have it all together because let's face it, most of us don't have it all together. I like to think that right in the midst of making our lives work, we find that One Man, who's just for us.

Did I ever tell you, readers? I got married a little over a year ago myself. My sweet husband is so wonderful too. Don't get me wrong, marriage is a challenge. When you know you've chosen well and right, you stand through it all. I'm happy!

Okay, without further ado, here's Blended Blues. Ladies and gentleman, please note I'm using an affiliate link below. If you click on it and buy something, you aren't charged extra. I make a tiny (super tiny!!) commission. Thanks for clicking and buying anyway. I much appreciate you! :o)
